Change Booking - endless calls & 4 hours on phone

Changed a booking for my family to get all on one flight back to destination. This took 10 calls to the call center. The first 4 times I got the confirmation back the dates, time etc was wrong. Each time you need to call back 3 hours later just to find that it was still wrong, or international has not come back with a confirmed amount. When finally got the amount of $90 per ticket, I phoned back the next day to hear where is the confirmation mail with the details on, the lady told me that they only secured seats and not the tickets, so had to do all over again. Then had to wait another 3 hours for international to confirm. The guy then said all is done and the payment will go off the card that booked it in the first place. Waited for this to go off but nothing. Phoned back to check what is happening, another agent told me had to do this again as the previous person made a mistake. Then got my husbands ticket confirmation-wrong again. Today I will hopefully get the correct confirmation and the whole family on same flight and correct seats. BUT it is now costing me R1600 per ticket for the change!!! Your customer paying for your staff's incompetence.
