CONTRACT NO. 514690319 The credit card transaction was done on 13 December 2013 at Cape Town airport. The car hired was great for the period 13 - 16 December 2013. Deposit paid was R8595.00 and this was understood to be paid back within three days. The amount spent for the car hire was R1797.85 leaving a deposit return of R6797.15. An email was sent to [Email Removed] on 23 December 2013 and another one on 27 December 2013, with no success. Two phone calls by myself reported the matter and each time a different answer was given as to WHEN [date] the monies would be paid back into my credit card. A call made today 27 December 2013 learned that the deposit will be paid back only on Monday 30 December 2013. I cannot use my credit card because of the hold put on by Europcar.
