We moved out of our flat in Hatfield in November 2013 - paid the rental for December 2013 as per our contract. We are just having no luck in getting our deposit back. We should never have paid the December rental. I have had empty promises of returned calls (that is if I am lucky enough to get through on the phone) generally it goes to voice mail which says the message box is full. Emails are not returned. This is unacceptable. I will most definitely not use Huurkor ever again!!!
