No reimbursement from Europcar one month late

I rented a car with Europcar in Hatfield, Pretoria and paid 1800 zar online. I collected the car on 8 December 2013 and 2967.02 zar was charged to my credit card in the event of any sundry expenses incurred. The car was returned to them on 14 december and I was not asked to pay any ancillary expenses.
Today I received my credit card bill and saw that Europcar did not unfreeze the 2967.02 and the amount appears to have been charged to my credit card. I would really appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter and recovering my money, if it has indeed been retained by the company in question.
