I rented a Europcar-Reservation number was 164390485 on 20 December 2013 at King Shaka Airport in Durban and an amount of R1500 was reserved on my cheque card. I then returned the car on 21 December 2013, but to date the R1500 has still not been returned back into my account. I ask that Europcar please ensure that my R1500 is returned back into my cheque account as i need it urgently.
