We rent for 6 months this apartment Contract ends 31 December 2013 Inspection done 31 December 2013 We give in November 2013 notice that we not renew the contract On 2 December 2013 receive an email that we must send our bank details When we phone on 7 January 2014 thr receptionist said Louis is not available try to call his cellphone no answer or voice mail Leave messages no return send emails no respond Phone from 13 January every day never get hold of Louis alwys not availlable Then the agent Ane Botha said today it take 21 days to get money out of bank Bull they new we move out so they could ask for the money in December 2013 According to the rental law agency must pay out 7 days after ending of contract if their is any repairs to be done 14 days after ending of contract no faults up to date is reported to us I must pay a deposit at my new place but VARSITY RENTALS REFUSE ANY PAYMENT OR EXPLINATION EXCEPT HE WAIT FOR THE BANK WHAT MUST I DO PLEASE HELP ME ANY INFO PLEASE EMAIL TO [Email Removed]
