I bought a second hand vehicle from Monaco Motors for cash in Dec2012. They did not tell me that they do not have the original registration document. They had me complete the forms and promised that the car will be registered in my name within the next 2 weeks. 5 months later and it is still not! After many excuses and good stories and apologies, I now want the deal cancelled as it is not really my car. The owner of Monanco Motors, Eugene, says he might be willing to BUYthe car back from me, but I must understand at a lower price. Really? It is not mine to sell as it is not registerd in my name!?
