Poor customer service

I was using an Avis vehicle rented by Miway from 05 December 2013 to 17 December 2013. When I return the vehicle it had cosmetic scratches on the bumper. And I was told that I will be charged the excess of R2500.00 On the same day when I return the vehicle R2088.97 was paid from my card to Avis and my deposit of R1200 was not returned. On 24 December 2013 R3333.00 was deducted by Avis from my account. The total amount paid to Avis now is R6621.97. Why am I paying more than the excess that I was told that I will pay in case of accident? And the Avis in Midrand airport at the gate only one person is working at the security gate I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before I go inside. Also at the reception only one unfriendly lady who chat with her colleagues while we are waiting for her to attend us. And after she will send you back to the parking to look for the guy who will inspect the vehicle, and the guy at the parking is busy with other vehicles then you will have to wait for another 15 minutes and go back to the reception and wait again for the receptionist to speak on the phone and chat to her colleagues before attending to clients.
