BAD SERVICE

A 3rd party bumped into a Avis rental car. The car was returned on 27 Feb 2013, Avis sent the car to the panelbeater on the same day. The panelbeater invoiced Avis on the 4th March 2013 and Avis paid the panelbeater. To date I have not been refunded my money that was deducted from my credit card. Since 22 April 2013, Adele Grobler has not notified me about anything. Avis is collecting interest on our funds. My CD was taken from the rental as I only realised that I forgot the CD in the car & all the said "Avis don't take responsibility". THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I WANT ANSWERS, cause Avis clearly don't care about their so called clients! Now going for 3 months and no reponse.
