I have purchased a new stepway on the 29 November 2013 with a promise of free smash and grab. when I collect the vehicle I was told they forgot about it and promised that it will be done on the 4th which was on a Wednesday.
Not only that was the promise they didn't' keep, I never received a courtesy call to find out how's the new car so far. I had to call them on 18 Dec'2013 to request my car registration. The excuse I'm getting is that they are busy, as a customer I'm suppose to be part o their busyness, to me it sounds like they don't have tome for me.
Customer should all be treated the same, not judged by the value of the car they purchased.
I am really disappointed by the service I received.
