To whom it may concern,

I have sent various complaints and concerns. I purchased a Brand new 2013 Juke. Complaints are, an on-going complaint, I subsequently had my smash and grab re-done, plus having my handle cap falling off twice after them putting it back (due to random people in the workshop doing it because I was told there is no one else to do it) and by doing that, received my car back damaged. The rear window element is now damaged and cannot use my demister in this weather and have to idle my car with the heater on for at least 5 minutes to clear it) and I have reported this to Nissan Milnerton 2 weeks ago. I was told, they will be ordering another window, have it re-done with smash and grab and fitted again. I have not heard from them again in 2 weeks, nothing!! I have sent many emails asking when?? Apparently they are experiencing problems with the factory. Which is a excuse I have heard so many times. My last problem I had, I was told they couldn't get my part from a factory, but a different Dealer had it on there shelf for R89.00. I am lost for words as a first time new car owner... totally disgusted... This branch is bringing down the name of Nissan
