My husband & I have been trying since Friday to call Peugeot. Always a mission. Better to have a landline or contract phone if you want to get hold of them. I tried again this morning. Several calls later I get through to Glynis at reception who puts me on hold for 15 minutes without checking if i can hold or if I would like to leave a message. I disconnect the call & try again. 3rd time lucky. I advise her that i dont want to be put on hold i would like to leave a message because its unprofessional not to check. Hellllo atttitude. She tells me her switchboard is busy. I said check... dont just put calls on hold.. just check if its ok.. She then disconnects the call..Disgusted. Cannot wait to get rid of my car I dont ever EVER want to deal with Peugeot AGAIN.
