My house was destroyed in a fire on 09/11 and we lost 2 dogs, one BMW and all keys for 2 Fiats. I requested that East rand Fiat assist me in getting the vehicles back on the road as soon as possible. Well long story short is that I have been messed around, given a car that was not done correctly and then forced to pay more money after the insurance company had sent a letter confirming that they would pay for the repairs for the bakkie that also had fire damage. Fiat SA customer care was also requested to assist but have not been any help. I have paid a total of over ZAR 24000.00 so far and the latest detail I have is that the keys will arrive around 7 January and this is after I spoke to the dealer principle on 11/11 and asked for his assistance
