Unfair deal at peugeot vaal

Bought a subaru impreza 2. R at peugeot vaal in may 2012 with 140000km on the clock, when i wanted to to trade subaru in Feb 2013 they did a background check on the car and the km was 195000km in dec 2009 . i contacted peugeot vaal and stil no response from there side
