One of outsurance's clients bumped my car and all i needed from outsurance was some details and non of them can send a flippen email. its 3 weeks later and the manager or his helpers are too smart and skilled to send an email. many calls to get hold of wonderful miss personality: Nonto and after finally getting hold of her she saying that she is sending the email as we were speaking, so silly me puts down the fone believing her and since then she has been sick or not in and still no email. Now lets get to her manager. To get hold of him u need to leave a message and he will get back to u. so i leave a message telling him to please fone me before 1 because after 1 i am at work and will not be able to answer, so wat does he do? yes u guessed it, he fones after 1 and leaves a voice message with no number... so it starts all over again. i fone the call centre and leave a message for him to fone me before 1... blah blah blah
