Both my wife and I have logged multiple complaints in this forum, on Peugeot SA website, have spoken to multiple representatives and dealerships and still no resolve - we are back to square one. It has now been over six months and five attempts to repair my wife's Peugeot 3008 and the same issue still exists. I do not know who the people are that apparently has to deal with Customer complaints, but after getting a response from Peugeot SA (after many hard talks) the first time, the car is now still not repaired and Peugeot Menlyn is now saying we must start paying again for diagnostics. This nonsense has got to stop. I am now going to the papers and I will make it my mission to publicise the bad service and the fact that they can't get it right or the car fixed to as wide an audience as possible.
