Battery and locknuts went missing during reairs

My car was taken in to Key PMB in August, repairs took about a month had to get a hired car which I had to pay for. When the car came back it came with a different battery, which doesnt even have the same power as the one I had in the car, the day after fetching the car I had to buy a new battery. when I queried they took their time to reply, then I was told that battery wasnt changed, I had already bough a new one... then last week I had to send in the car for service, the lock nuts have been removed from my car, it was when I sent emails and emails, to Candice and Rob whos is the service manager, even left the message for Chantal the assistant... those lock nuts are always in the car, as you know that I i were to get a flat tyre I would need them, all this time, i have been driving without them for 4months now! at Key pinetown they never removed these from the car, no matter how long I left the car with them! even today, no one from Key Pmb has bothered to contact me. Yet my car is long over due for service, I again will have to pay for a new set.
