I have been using Aramex's Shopandship service for a couple of months now and have been very impressed with it to date. However, a recent package purchased in the USA went astray and I had considerable hassles getting it back on track, until I got hold of Jayde. I had spoken to a number of customer care consultants and just seemed to be getting nowhere due to no dedication and commitment.
She really went the extra mile to make sure the delay in delivery was limited and that the package was delivered at an alternate address. It is very rare to find someone with such dedication to their jobs and prepared to push so hard to make sure the customer comes first. 2 thumbs up to Aramex and 5 cheers to Jayde! Aramex, give this lady a raise!
