My parcel was supposed to be delivered this Thursday. But nothing happened. I took 1 day off work to sit at home and wait for Aramex to deliver. They don't give you a delivery time and no one else can accept the parcel on my behalf. Thursday 6 am till 6 pm. Nothing. Then I had to take another day off work. Friday 6 am till now. Nothing. I get a call from Aramex telling me that I am in the wrong. The driver says no one was home.! I have surveillance of every car making its way onto my driveway. And guess what? No Aramex van! My my! Now I have to take ANOTHER day off work, Monday. I can honestly tell you. If I don't receive my parcel Monday, I am launching a private investigation. I want to know why Aramex is this sloppy and why their Pretoria delivery person is this, let's say, inactive. Makes you wonder...
