On Thursday, I was expecting a parcel delivery from George via Aramex.By 5pm that evening I let the supplier know that I had not received the parcel and was concerned. The supplier let me know that Aramex promised to investigate the matter and deliver the parcel that evening or by 8am Friday morning.
It is now Monday and I still have no parcel or feedback from Aramex assuring me that something is been done about this. The supplier in George has had to continually phone to find out what has happened to the parcel.
Your customer service and your lack of interest is appalling.
