I recently placed an order at an on-line store which used Aramex as the delivery company.
The original delivery date was 2013-07-02 but the package was never delivered to my office.
I called head office yesterday to reschedule the delivery for today and Rebeca was helpful in that department.
Today I phone again and find out the package was not scheduled for today!
I urgently need the package and hoped it would be delivered in time but clearly Aramex thinks it is OK to reschedule deliveries without informing their clients.
Once I receive the delivery I will never be able to use that on-line store in question as Aramex has proven to be extremely unreliable with their deliveries.
