I ordered something on bid or buy and paid the supplier to send the package overnight. He used Aramex for delivery and gave me the waybill number to track the parcel. I did this, and every time I went online to check it said the same: "scanned out for delivery". I was supposed to get the package yesterday, but it never arrived. This morning when I went online again it said: "contact unavailable, rescheduled for delivery". I don't know if the driver got lost or something, because it can't possibly be that no one was here to receive the package! Me, my husband AND my domestic worker were here, so how can they say "no contact available"?! I want my money back. I paid for a service I did not get. I will never use this company.
