My shipment was landed in Johannesburg on 2nd of December 2013 but I still haven't received it. The shipment was submitted to Customs with wrong ID number for almost 2 weeks even after I corrected that on 5th of December. It would be easy to get hold of President than to get hold of person responsible. I get promised every time I call that I will receive regular updates but I don't. I just wanna get my shipment this time, i will never order anything with DHL again.
