I placed an order with Pizza Perfect on 02/09/2013 at about 18:00. At 19:30 we still haven't received our order. I phoned again and asked where the delivery was. The lady I spoke to told me that the driver left at 19:20. At 19:45 we still didn't have our order. We phoned them again and another guy answered the phone and informed me that the driver only just left (what happened to leaving 19:20?). At 20:00 we still didn't have our order. I phoned and spoke to the lady again she said that was strange because the driver left 20 minutes ago and was supposed to have been delivered by now. At 20:15 the delivery guy stopped at our place with cold food. Very, very bad service with uninformed staff!!! We will never order from them again. This is not the first time the service is so bad.
