Our company order regularly from nando's as we prefer the comfort of staying in the office and have lunch delivered. it happens quite often that we order weekly from nando's . we specifically ask for extra sause on the wing meal.. and that the tub for the chicken strip, veg and rice be full to the top. today we ordered... normally the they say the food takes between 45-1hr. we waited 1:40 minutes. when I phoned the branch on 0113154762 a lady answered... and assured me she would phone me back to let me know what happened to the driver. she never phoned. after about 20 minutes I phoned again another lady answered the phone and told me no the 1st one went on LUNCH... SERIOUSLY... I am a customer... then I asked to speak to the manager... then she yelled to the back... but 1st told me the driver was at my reception area... so the lady who ordered food with me phoned and they said there is nobody there... instead the driver was waiting outside... I think he was honestly baking in the sun... cause according to the branch he said nobody is coming to get the food. right... ya... so the food was cold . the manager of the branch did not even try to apologise
