I ordered a bed in Somerset West on the 28th of October. I asked before ordering whether it will be possible to deliver the bed in Johannesburg. I was promised that it will be done on Tuesday the 5th of November. I was also promised that the driver will phone me an hour before so that I can organise for somebody to be at home, seeing as I am not there myself. I had to phone Dial-a-Bed myself on the 5th to ask where is my bed. I found out that my ordered was only actually placed that same day and the bed will only arrive the next day (6th). This was a huge inconvenience for me. I now had to re-arrange with the person to be at home the next day and she had to change her plans. On the 6th of November I phoned the branch in the morning, they promised the bed will come. At 4 in the afternoon I phoned again. I was told that they are running late on orders but that the bed will arrive later that day. Around 19:40 on the 6th I got a phone call from the driver asking me for directions to my home. The driver could not speak proper English. And how does a delivery man not have a GPS? HOW?? I was promised a service but had a very bad experience. I think the communication is very bad.
