I received a sms from CCD Couriers on Monday 16 Dec 2013 that they have received my FNB card and will arrange delivery within 48 hours. The next day one of there agents phoned me and confirmed receipt of my card and confirmed delivery for today 18 December.
This morning I received another sms to confirm delivery today. A hour later a CCD agent phoned me to notify me that they did not receive my card from FNB! This is unacceptable as I made myself available today especially for the delivery and could have been on holiday already! And the fact that they confirmed 3 times receipt of the card and then they notify me that they actually do not have the card.
And no one at CCD can tell me when they are planning delivery!
