Hi, on the 17/12/2013 I went to Auto Glen to find our if they can trade in my car as I didn't want it anymore and as they were checking on the system I get told that the year in which I bought the car is not 2013 and it is 2012 of which I was told when purchasing the car that it was a 2013 model and the car is insured for the 2013 from my insurer that is number 1, then the second issue the tell me that the motor plan in not in my name and it's on somebody else's name they refused to give me the print out of that as it was not in my name far enough, this thing will cause problems for me when my car has to go in fo services because this was properly done the dealer in the first. Now today on the 18/12/2013 I call Lyndhurst Auto to sort this out nooo! everybody is sending me from pillar to post not sure who I must talk to or that person's line is busy, the reception askes you to leave a message and then no body return the call, Ronaldo kept me on hold for a long time I even put down the phone and dialled again and his line was still busy, then I was told to dial Jenny who deals with Motorplan, when I call her she's not there??? what service is this? I want Eaan William to call me
