NON SERVICE AND SELLING FAULTY VEHICLE

I bought a Tata Xenon from Tata Pta North 2 months ago and from the start i had problems with the bakkie, they didnt service the bakkie properly, the brakes shuddered, it smoked the temperature gauge is faulty, and now i find out all the ball joints needs to be replaced. In the 2 months that i had the bakkie it's been with Tata 6 times to fix the problems every time i get it back it's still the same or something else is wrong. Due to the fact that they advised me that it will be repaired i couldn't cancel the transaction at the finance house. I don't want this bakkie as it's only going to cost me money, i don't even get feedback from them i have to phone Tata everytime, they make an appointment for the bakkie to go in for repairs and when i phone on the same day nothing has been done and then only days after that they tell me whats wrong with the bakkie. i am paying for a double cab bakkie and now have to drive around in a small courtesy vehicle, even the people at customer care isn't getting back to me.
