Poor customer service

I booked an online collection request on 13/12/2013 at around 13:40. I received confirmation. At 5:00pm no one has been to collect the parcel. I called theJohannesburg depot and after being transferred to someone else I was placed on hold for exactly 11minutes. I eventually cancelled the call and called back. I was told by the person that the truck was on it's way and that they would still come.

Well needless to say, my parcel was never collected and nobody could be bothered to cal me to inform me what was going on.

I emailed this exact message to customer service and to-date have not received s reply.

When one calls the contact numbers the recorded message informs you of high call volumes and to please make use of the online tools. What is the point of referring clients to online tools if it obviously is not functioning correctly and if the company could not be bothered for business?

Needless to say it is now 4 days later and my parcel has still not been collected!!

Absolutely shocking service.
