I purchased a VW CITI on the 23-11-2012 at Barloworld VW in Soweto hoping and trusting that i will have a peace of mind buying from the dealership, but i was wrong as i am receiving the bad service ever. I had the car for a period of 2 weeks and i had to took it back as it was leaking gas, engine failure and electrical components as well. They had my car since from the beginning of December and was left without a vehicle till the 3rd week of December i was given a loan vehicle and they promised to get the vehicle fixed by the second week of January and still not fixed. Tuesday afternoon i received a phone call from them saying that i must bring the loan vehicle back it sold i did and was given another loan car with no update with my car. This morning i was shocked to receive a call from our security control Centre at my work saying that i have a visitor at the reception. The sales person from VW came to collect the loan vehicle and he brought back mine still not fixed as he advised i must talk to the workshop manager about that issue, because the load vehicle has a buyer and it must be derived this afternoon. They don't care about their customers as they selling voetstoot. BAD BAD
