I went to Barloworld Mazda to order a new BT50 in the first week in November. Sat down with the sales rep and ordered myself a new vehicle and asked to test drive one well. The sales rep said no problem and the branch manager who was listening to the conversation told him witch vehicle he could use. After waiting for 3 days for the test drive I confirmed the order and asked when do they need my paper work to go ahead with the purchase. The manager and the sales rep told me to bring the papers in the second week in December and every thing will be sorted out. I specifically asked if there are stock and they said yes no problem. After having to phone and ask when I can see the rep to hand in my paperwork rep and I completed all relevant paperwork with the branch banking representative helping us to make sure the paperwork is done correctly. After 8 working days I phone the branch to speak to the sales rep to find out if my loan has been approved only to find out that the sales rep was fired and the loan was approved the same day but no one contacted me. So no car was ordered and they can now only supply me with one at the end of Feb whereas I ordered one for 2 Jan. Great service!
