Took delivery of my new car on Feb 15th this year, a 2013 FORD FIESTA 1.0 ECOBOOST .had the pleasure of driving my vehicle for for months before rats nibbled the wiring. I immediately took my vehicle which was still drivable to isBARLOWORLD PMB . 3 MONTHS LATER IT'S STILL PARKED THERE! THE EXCUSE IS THAT THEY HAD TO GET THE SPARES FROM AN OVERSEAS SUPPLIER AND THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS . During this time, i had to raise a complaint for them to offer me a loan vehicle which came after 3 weeks. I further had to take out additional insurance for this vehicle as imposed by the dealership and all this while it's me that has to follow up and constantly request feedback. The last i heard from them was 3 weeks ago and that too was by follow up from me. It seems nobody gives a because nobody takes the same interest they did with when you were purchasing the vehicle. Paying for my car that i don't have. FEDUP and thatDISAPPOINTED!
