On 31 October 2013 I phoned Barlow World Bruma - whenever I start my vehicle it runs like a dream - once it warm up it starts jerking. I spoke to Tanya - at 09:00; 10:00: 10:30 advising that I had a meeting but was waiting for her call. She undertook to contact me as 12:00, I phoned her at 14:00 and at 16:00 I went home with the jerking vehicle - traveling the quieter roads from Rosebank to Germiston. At 16:50 I nearly got stuck on the highway and I phoned her again. She mentioned that she was going to text me the details of the towing service should I get stuck but that I should bring in the vehicle on Friday, 1 November 2013 at 07:00. I left the vehicle at Barlow World with the agreement that I will be contacted and advised of the problem. 7 Calls later and I was told that the throttle was corroded. En route home, the vehicle started jerking again and when my husband collected my daughter the engine light came on. The vehicle was towed in and we met the technician. He took the vehicle for a test drive advising that nothing was wrong. With the engine light flicking we left the vehicle at the outlet. Apparently the vehicle will be fixed sometime..
