Service not carried out sufficiently

Not impressed with the service carried out on my vehicle 14 Dec 2013 at Tata NIGEL. The gearbox was not checked as requested. The car was not cleaned and the old parts service wasnt available. I don't even think the service was carried out as the time frame was just too quick to be true. Worst service experience EVER! No one showing me what was done and felt like everyone was avoiding me upon receipt of car. The lady didn't even know that i needed to sign forms as i had to ask her to give it to me. I did not get a copy of the service forms that i signed.
Both Umhlanga Tata and Midrand (for another vechile) was an absolute pleasure. The old parts were put in my boot for viewing. The spare tire and everything was checked. I had someone showing me around the vehicle and pointed out that the cars has been washed and vacuumed and a scratch was removed. a loose button on the one dash was fixed, aircon has been checked if need gas. and i received a of a lot more paper work and proof than received from Nigel. NOT HAPPY and wish to have another service on vehicle free of charge on my Tata soonest, or a service refund. Hopefully by a center other than NIGEL Tata.
