After my 30 000km service, i was driving home and my spedometer cable "jumped" out of the housing causing the spedometer to stop working, power stairing failed... Swore i would never go back to hyundai bryanston. After a further 15 000km, i decided to give them another chance... bad mistake! After Dominique points out everything was done according to my requests on the job card, i leave the dealership, only to find later on that my reverse lights are still not working, after i specifically asked for it to be checked - she assured me that the switch was replaced and everything was working. Very angry, i called Morne, service manager, he apologises and offers NO help, exept for me to bring the car back so the problem can be fixed. Later the same evening, i get a call from Dominique saying i can either bring the car back tomorrow or tuesday??? How does this help me!!! Maybe the ombudsman can investigate why i got charged for a reverse switch & labour, but nothing was actually done.! What else did they not service???
