New car withlots of problems

In September 2012 I bought a Hyundai I 20, 1.4 M/T. Last month before we went on holiday I discovered that my CD player is not working. We then went to Hyundai Margate who said there was a problem with the loading meganisum of the CD player on the I 20, but they were scared to order the part because we had to leave back to PTA.When i got home and phoned Hyundai they said bring the car in (1 day on leave) then they have to order a part bring back car again (2nd day leave) My question is why DE must i pay R3, 100 admin fee. They said it is a standard fee that they charged to check everything on the car. How can you sell a new car and CD-Player is not working so what did they check and I must take 2 days leave. Worst service ever.
