I phoned Hyundai Centurion as there is a sudden metal on metal scraping noise every time I turn the steering wheel. My next service is 60 000km and my car is currently on 57 200km. I thought I would take it in for its service while they also have a look at whats causing the noise. I was informed that they cannot book my car in for a service because it has to be at at least 58 000km or 59 000km!! That's it. No further information.
So I phoned Hyunday Bryanston who took the time to explain to me that although they would have taken my car in now they are fully booked for standard services until the following week. They can however take it in 2 days to investigate the cause and explained this will be at no cost to me. From here they will let me know what is wrong and if my maintenance plan will cover whatever needs to be fixed.
That's all I wanted, so thank you Hyundai Bryanston for taking the time to TALK to your customers.
I have never been happy with the service in Centurion, but because of the convenient location I kept going back. No more. I will NEVER take my car back there again!
