I have bought my Hyundai IX35 about 2 years ago and took it in for the 45 000km Service under my Full Service and Maintenance plan. This is the 3rd time that I alerted them of the error with the reverse mirror camera which is not working which also means that the reverse lights are not working. There also appear to be a problem with the petrol gage - not the correct km reflecting when filling the tank. The mudguards needed replacement and to my shock also discovered today that the windscreen wipers was not replaced. What annoyed me further was the fact that they gave out my contact details to an outside company to fix windscreen chips, which company phoned under the umbrella of Hyundai despite the fact that I was not made aware of this nor did they ask my authorisation to give my details to third parties. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act this is contravening the act. I even received a SMS based on a customer service call when I displayed my unhappyness whereafter I received a call where I fully highlighted all the issues. This is now 2 weeks later but it would appear that Hyundai do not care. Shocking experience.
