AFTER 5 MONTHS OF PURCHASING MY CAR AT HYUNDAI BRYANSTON, MY MAIN CAR KEY WAS BEGINNING TO SPLIT IN HALF.
I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOOK MY KEY.
IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 8 MONTHS - DOZENS OF CALLS LATER - NO ONE CAN FIND MY KEY.
THE LADY THAT I WAS DEALING WITH WENT ON MATERNITY LEAVE.
THESE ARE NOW MY SOLUTIONS:
SOLUTION1:
GIVE MY CAR IN FOR 1 DAY. A DRIVER CAN BE ARRANGED FOR THE MORNING TO BRING ME BACK TO WORK. BUT NOT IN THE AFTERNOON.
SO HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE DEADLERSHIP IN THE AFTERNOON TO GET MY CAR BACK?!
SOLUTION 2:
WAIT FOR THE LADY WHO HELPED ME TO RETURN FROM MATERNITY LEAVE
CONCLUSION:
I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED, ANNOYED, IRRITATED AND FRAUSTRATED ABOUT THESERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM HYUNDAI BRYANSTON.
THEY LOST MY KEY, YET I NEED TO WAIT FOREVER TO GET IT BACK.
THE ATTITUDE WAS NEGATIVE AND I WAS NOT HELPED AT ALL.
BEING IN THE CLIENT SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF, I FEEL THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM HYUNDAI BRYANSTON WAS PATHETIC.
