On 17 May 2013, I took my car in for a 45 000km service. All was well until the next week when both fog-lights stopped working. I reported it to Peter on Tuesday 21st. He informed me I will have to bring it in shortly for a replacement of the switch. He never came back to me. I sent him emails on 11th and 23rd June which he just read and did not respond. I AM VERY ANGRY for such bad service. I bought the car brand new with a service plan and a maintenance plan but still not getting the service I deserve. No one is even acknowledging my query. WHY???
