I took my car for a service at Audi Centre Northcliff on the 12/12/2013 and i requested drop off and pickup. they drop me off in the morning. My expectations was that they will contact and update me through out the day. unfortunately i never heard from them, until the service advisory call me to tell me that my car is ready for collection at around 14H48 and i told him to come a pick me up.
I waited for the driver from 15H00 until 17H30, and at that time i was out of the office, and at 17H00 i have to use my car to pick my kids from school. and this is not the first time. when i called, they told me that my service adviser is busy with another client, which basically mean after taking my money i am no longer important and my kids had to suffer.
When i arrived there to pick up my car, they told me to wait again. and my Kids are still waiting for me, i told them to give my car keys and left.
I don't know what they have done to my car
I don't know how much it had cost me
i didn't sign any document during collection, what if someone when there and take my car?
