Appalling Customer Service

My i30 makes a noise when i reverse. So i reported the problem on its 15 000km service and the next service at 30 000km. According to Hyundai the clutch plate and pressure plate needs to be replaced which i have to pay for. I have read numerous messages on Hyundai forums were a lot of people seem to have the same problem - also these parts should last much longer seeing as the car doesnt have a lot of mileage. After countless emails and phone calls to the Customer Service I was told that Hyuandai wont pay for the parts - but what was the most shocking of all is that the Customer Service took 4 days to get back to me. Everytime i was told by Bradley that he will phone back, then nothing... or provide feedback, then again... nothing. It is appalling. If Hyundai fixed the car properly the first time it was reported, I wont be having this problem again. Also, Hyundai does not even offer a courtesy car in situations like these. TERRIBLY DISSAPOINTED!
