Lack of communication and bad service Delivery

I purchased an item online (25th july 2013) on the manchester united direct store in the uk and paid for express delivery, was told my courier will call me when my package arrives in South Africa. My package arrived 3-4 days later, and i never received a call from dhl, i waited for a week before contacting them. They told me i had to pay R800 for my package to be released (which i paid), was told to wait 8-14 working days, i did and still didnt get any call from them, i called again to get the status of my package. I was given the run around and kept getting told that they have been trying to call me, so i asked for call records or some sort of proof. They never called or emailed me, after only filling the second complaint on their website i was called today and was told that my package has to go through brand inspection which is different from customs inspection and takes 3 weeks, and that the details they had on their system was incorrect. I am really tired of the run around i just want them to get me my package. I doubt i will ever use dhl to ship anything for me.
