Late Delivery

We booked in our car for repairs on the 21-11-2013
we were told that the car will take 10 days to repair and that the car can be collected within ten days of delivery which was due 5-12-2013
We then phoned the 3-12-2013 to hear what the progress of the repairs is, We were told that they fitted the parts and the car just needs to be sprayed (two days before collection)
They then told us that the car will be finished and ready to be collected by the 10-12-2013
we then again phoned the 10-12-2013 to hear if we can come and collect the car which the date was postponed again to the 12-12-2013, they also sent a sms stating "Dear client attempt to contact you has failed .be advised the expected date is 2013/12/12.we will keep you updated. Auto Magic "
We then again phoned today to confirm the collection of the vehicle and guess what again a week postponed now apparently the car can be collected on the 17-12-2013. Which I think wont happen as they keep postponing the date of collection
This is really bad service for a company claimed to give good service
This is just causing us a lot of inconvenience and really giving your company a BAD name
