Shocking way to look after clients

Noel (the owner of GRS) told us he has never had a VW that he wasn't able to fix, they checked a few things and told me that the car needed a whole load of work done. A couple days later I got a call from the guy who was working on my car (Roy), he said "the car now runs like a dream but it battles to start he will get his auto electrician to have a look at it" I left the car for a day assuming the auto electrician would go round and look at it, the next day I got a very rude phone call fro Roy saying that I have to come there and pay R 17133-06 and if I didn't they were going to charge me storage. I went through and paid for the work done but Roy said he was "too busy" to take it for a test drive with me. After fighting for ages to get the car started it still wasn't capable of driving out of their untidy workshop due to lack of power, when this was brought up with Roy he said "ah well it wasn't me to test drove the car' it was Noel's father. fact of the matter is I my car doesn't work and you have taken R17 133.06 from me and left me in the same situation. They hadn't even washed the car but were so fast to say you were going to charge me storage. I am
