Took my car FIAT PALIO for service on 10/12/2011. took a test car with my husband and mechanic, mechanic bluff my husband to give him R100 as he service extra without telling the owner. Drove that week to Stellenbosch thereafter service, car couldn't incline faster. Call J & R about the problem told me that the car have electrical problem to be seen by an auto electrician, called in 2 electricians for an opinion and confirmed that injection broke due to negligent. i required a new injection, went around to look for injection and it was too pricey, called J & R to tell him the problem & I'll take further action to complaint to the newspaper. He called back a few minutes later to bring my car the next day in which my husband took off from work. Car was sorted and this left me smiling with good service. A years and a half later my husband mechanic check out the car and to his horror the old injection was glue together. i had to buy a brand new injection which cost me R750 due to J & R incompetency, i called today and owner was not available, a rude mechanic Riyaad Mathews slammed the phone in my face i called back demanding the owner cell. i tried the cell & it wrong #.
