Bad service and attitude

I took my Renault RZF298GP in for a service and cam belt replacement. The booklet was not stamped. The air conditioner not working. The pollen filter was not replaced. I phoned, and took the vehicle back. They asked me what had happened to my key card, I replied the card had a little chip in it from previous owner, but when I got the card, it looked like it was run over by a car. I told him the key must have got damaged on their premises. The key was working, I was in a hurry so I took the vehicle back to my factory in Alrode. When I started the vehicle again, there was something very wrong. The computer went crazy, the car wouldn't start and made funny noises. I called asked what to do? They said there wasn't anybody to help me, I should try and start the car again the next morning, and if not, they will send someone to help. I offered to pick up to help me sort the car. They said there was no-one and they needed two guys to do that, because the car had to be towed to the workshop to go on the computer to sort the problem. Monday came, still no phone call. On Tuesday I called a auto-electrician, he came out the same day and sorted the vehicle out in a couple of hours.
