Moved on the 2nd Aug. Truck arrived 2 hours late. Truck had an open flat deck on the back. Not a closed van as you would expect from a removals company. Our couches were not covered by blankets, they were just strapped. They had "run out of blankets". The couches were marked by the filthy straps. En-route they drove under a tree which broke the mechanism of our grandfather clock. The driver took out the broken bracket back to the office to be fixed. I showed him the marks on our couches and he told me to speak to the office. Sent an email on 5th about the issues and asked for feedback. I received no response. I had to call and was told it would be a week. In the week of the 12-16 Aug I called and was told that they would come on the 16th. They didn't, was told it would be the 19-20th, then 23rd, then Saturday morning. I called this morning to find out what happened and had the displeasure of speaking to Christo, who proceeded to tell me he wasn't paying to have my couches cleaned and that "it's only a couple bucks", and asking why I bothered to send the clock bracket back as "his daughter could have glued it". He disregarded the issue completely. This kind of attitude is disgusting!
