From the day I picked up my car when it was new 2 and a half years ago. When I got there the guy who sold me the car was not there and he had some other guy hand me my keys. I got the whole speech about bringing my car in for service every 20000k's or 12months, nobody said that I should bring it in when either of the two occurs first, as a result my Warranty expired.5 days ago my engine starts blowing out smoke, so I go to Ford to get it checked and it appeared that too much oil was put in the engine at the previous service. Oil was drained and the smoking persisted, I then took it in to get it checked and they found that the power steering hose had a problem and they had to replace the entire steering rack (apparently this RECALL was attended to at my 1st service). I get to my car after the job to find that a brand new spare wheel had been replaced with an old one. I speak to the service manager and he tells me nobody took the wheel, I then ask him to speak to the dealer principal and I'm told he's not available. I walk inside to find that the principal is present. I finally get my wheel from a brand new car which then gets the old wheel. I'm amazed at the sheer lack of integrity. FUMING!!!
